Study System — Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Study System is an AI tutor / homework helper. We do not require an account. We do not collect personal information that identifies you. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
2. What we collect
(a) Questions and content you submit to the AI tutor — sent to our server (hosted on Replit) so the AI can respond. Not linked to your name, email, or device identifiers. (b) Basic technical data any internet service receives: IP address (used only to route the response and prevent abuse) and standard request metadata (timestamp, user-agent). Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for operational and security purposes, then automatically deleted.
3. What we do not collect
We do not require sign-in, so we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or address. We do not access contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, or health data. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. AI responses
Your study questions are processed by AI models. Questions are not used to train any third-party model. We do not retain questions beyond what is needed to generate an answer and the short retention window above.
5. Children
The app is intended for general audiences age 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we hold information about a child under 13 and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
We do not maintain user accounts and do not collect personal identifiers. To request deletion of any cached request data tied to your IP address before its 30-day expiry, contact us with the approximate timestamp; we will honor reasonable requests within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The Last updated date will change. Material changes will be announced in-app.
